Q&A - Ordering

Step 1

Please email us below information of your interested items from our web site:

  • Item number
  • Order quantity (MOQ 1000-5000 pcs)
  • Expected delivery date
  • Shipment terms (please refer toDelivery)
  • Special requirement for products
    1. Size modification
    2. Color amendment
    3. Special packaging requirements
    4. Any special documents required, such as FORM A, RAW MATERIAL CERTIFICATE

Step 2

After receiving the above information, we will try our best to quote within 3 days.

Step 3

After confirming the quote and other information, samples or sample pictures will be sent for pre-approval.
Sample details as below:

  • Free sample can be provided if stocks are available.
  • If stock is not available, sample will be charged per style; a lower cost per style will be charged if ordering more than one style. Final cost will depend on sample design and style.
  • After samples are finished, we can deliver by our express account with client's pre-payment; or deliver by client's express account, and below information will be needed:
    1. Express service provider name
    2. Express account number and its registered company name
    3. Contact person and number
    4. Delivery address

    P.S. Under normal circumstances we will make reservations with the express through above information, or sometimes we require client to make an appointment with the express instead.

Step 4

After pre-approval samples and order are confirmed, production will be started after receiving the deposit, with or without making the approval samples. When the production is almost complete, photos of goods, packaging and cartons will be send to client for confirmation. If there are additional needs, quality of goods can be approved by following ways:

  1. Quality approval of the production samples
  2. In-line inspection is also welcome if it is necessary. Inspection team will be picked up from the nearest airport to our factory. Hotel reservations can be arranged if it is needed. Therefore, just inform us the arrival date, days of staying and number of people that are coming.

Step 5

After the production quality is confirmed, goods will be sent out after receiving the balance payment, and all the relevant documents and information will be sent to client by email or mail.

Step 6

In 45 days from the ex-factory date warranty period, free replacement is provided for any quality problems found with the hangers caused by production, except those due to delivery carelessness or incorrect use of hanger.
