Q1. I would like to know more for the merchandising procedure of your company?

A1. Client's initial request Quotation Development samples Order placed with deposit Approved samples Production and shipment samples Balance payment collected from client Goods hand-over with client's forwarder Submitting the shipping and other documents.

Q2. I don’t believe in China factories, they don’t seem to be professional nor effective in email communication, how can I have confidence on you?

A2. We have our own QC and monitor teams for both of the quality and the follow up issue, which are totally managed by HK division, so we are different from the other China factories. And we guarantee that we can reply mails within 24 hours.

Q3. Do you have any minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A3. Normally our MOQ is 1000-5000pcs. Price will always be lower when the order quantity is higher.

Q4. How to contact with your company? Where is your office?

Q5. Can you issue VAT invoice?

A5. Yes, we can issue VAT invoice.

Q6. Can we check and inspect the goods before delivery?

A6. Yes, we always welcome your visit and goods inspection. And a simpler way to confirm acceptance of quality of goods is by sending the production samples before delivery. In addition, you can also hire a third party inspector for goods inspection.

Q7. What is your payment terms and shipping terms?

A7. We accept T/T and local transfer, but of course for some of the orders Letter of Credit can be accepted. Regarding shipping terms, we normally offer FOB SZ or Ex-work. For some case, we can also offer DDU and CIF service. Please refer toPayment & Shippingpage for more details.

Q8. Do you provide free samples?

A8. Free samples are available if we have the samples stock, we can provide you 1-2 pcs with freight collect; otherwise we will have a small amount of sample charge for making the samples with normal lead time of 10-14 days.

Our showroom located in China's office, we always welcome client's visit so please feel free to contact us for the arrangement.
